ABOUT
This class is for anyone interested in obtaining a GA Collection Systems Operator certification, who does not currently work at a utility. The course covers the design, installation, inspection and repair of a wastewater collection system. This course provides the required training hours for the GA Collection Systems Operator certification (27 hours) and meets the WPI Needs-to-Know topics.
COURSE SCHEDULE
In person attendance is required. The class will meet on the TWT campus once a week, on Tuesdays, from June 2nd through August 4th, from 9am-3pm. Weekly online assignments will be posted on Google Classroom. In-person attendance and completion of weekly virtual assignments are required for attendance.

WHO CAN ATTEND AND REGISTRATION
This class is for entry level trainees, who are not currently working at a utility. Registration fees are covered by TWT, through a grant. To register, follow the steps below:
- Visit WaterNeedsYou.org to learn more about course offerings and to complete the Career Navigation resources.
- Complete the Career Navigation resources, housed on the WaterNeedsYou.org website.
- Submit the inquiry form application form (found in the Career Navigation resources).
- Tour a water or wastewater facility, and then submit a registration document (provided after tour).
- Attend classes and start your career in water!
