Description

ReSoLve – Responsible Succession Leadership – is an invitation-only learning experience focused on women leaders in the water sector who are interested in creating a stronger working environment to support the next generation of women leaders in water, their peers, and themselves. The program is dedicated to addressing unconscious bias, moving beyond mentoring to allyship, and finding ways to prioritize self-care for healthy work-life integration. This multi-day event provides a safe and supportive environment where women can acknowledge challenges and develop strategies to address them.
