The Water Tower at Gwinnett, a 501(c)4, is responsible for the management and development of The Water Tower campus.  The campus has been created to be a hub for solutions in research, technology, training and engagement for the water industry.  The campus is also a valuable amenity to the community and as such, portions of the campus are available for rent on a first come, first served basis.
