Join us for Women’s History Month 2026: A Celebration of Women in Water, a celebration and one-day conference for women who work across the water, wastewater, and stormwater sectors in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region. The event is organized in partnership with ReSoLve, an initiative of The Water Tower (501c3) and coordinated by a volunteer committee of women in utilities and consulting.

What: A one-day “Women at the Well” conference – bringing women together to gather, connect, and draw from shared experience in the water sector (breakfast and lunch included)
Parking: Convenient parking is available in the lot adjacent to the event center at the address below. We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for the first 50 vehicles in this lot.

Registration Details: Each organization is invited to register two attendees. Should additional spots become available, we will be in touch. Each attendee should register individually and include their organization’s name to help us track registrations. In keeping with the “Women at the Well” theme, we encourage participation across organizations and roles to support a rich exchange of perspectives!
Sponsorships: Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please click on the “Sponsor Registration” button for more information. Sponsors play a key role in supporting this shared gathering space for women in water.
Sponsorships can be made via credit card, US bank account, or check. Please note that if you would like to pay by check, select the “Pay by Invoice” button when you complete your sponsor registration. An invoice will be emailed to you to facilitate check payment.

The event will be open to a maximum of 140 attendees. Due to limited venue capacity, we are currently gauging interest from organizations that wish to attend, and final attendance will be determined by delegation. To indicate your interest, please register your organization and provide a designated point of contact so we can follow up and coordinate next steps.
